IV. BOOKING CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATIONS 


Non-Refundable rate: Changes are not permitted. 


Prepayment: Your credit card will be charged with the total cost of the reservation when you finalise the reservation process. Cancellation: In the event of cancellation of a booking with a non-refundable rate or no show, the amount paid will not be refunded. 


 


Flexible rate: 

If you cancel at least 48 hours before your arrival date, the hotel will return any deposit you may have paid. 


If you cancel after the deadline, the hotel shall charge the amount of the first night, and if the whole booking has been paid, the amount of the first night shall not be refunded. 


If you do not show up, the hotel shall charge the amount of the first two nights to the card provided as a guarantee, and if the whole booking has been paid, the amount of the first two nights shall not be refunded. 


If you wish to pay the total cost of your booking on arrival at the hotel, your credit card is only necessary as a guarantee for your reservation. The reservation cost will not be charged to your credit card, as payment is to be made at the hotel on the day of arrival, either by credit card or in cash, in local currency and according to the exchange rate of the day. If you cancel one day before your arrival date, you will be charged for the first night of your booked stay; in the case of a no-show, you will be charged for the first two nights. 


Sirenis Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to do a pre-authorization for the cost of the first night. 


If you have chosen to pay the total cost of your booking now, the reservations system will connect to the bank using a secure connection, in order to give the maximum safety guarantee for the payment process and will charge the amount indicated in the voucher. 

 


PUNTA CANA & RIVIERA MAYA

CUBA 

Flexible rate: Your credit card is only required to guarantee the booking. The amount of the booking will not be charged to the credit card, as payment will be made at the hotel on the day of arrival, with a credit card, in a freely convertible currency, applying a commission of 3% and according to the exchange rate on that day. 


If you cancel up to 48 hours before the date of arrival, the hotel will not charge your credit card. If you cancel after this period, you will be charged for the first night of your booking. In the event of a no-show, you will be charged for the first two nights. 


Sirenis Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to place a pre-authorisation hold for the amount of the first night. 


Payment in cash is not accepted at the hotel. 


In Cuba, credit and debit cards operate in USD. Visa and MasterCard will be accepted as long as they have not been issued by US banks or their foreign subsidiaries. 


Furthermore, RED and AIS cards in convertible currencies and issued by Cuban banks will also be accepted. 


 


Children 

 

The following age groups are established for the discount policies at all Sirenis hotels: 


 


Ibiza hotels 

  • From 0 to 1 year = Babies 
  • From 2 to 11 years = Children 
  • From 12 years = Adults  


Punta Cana, Riviera Maya, Cuba & San Andrés hotels 

  • From 0 to 1 year = Babies 
  • From 2 to 12 years = Children 
  • From 13 years = Adults  

The age of children indicated at the time of making the reservation must match their age on the day of arrival at the hotel. If upon arrival at the hotel, during the registration of guests at Reception, it is ascertained that the age of the child indicated in the reservation does not correspond with the real age shown on their passport or identity document, the payment of the sum corresponding to the age group based on the above table in effect on the day of the alteration will be demanded.  


Check-in time: Room occupancy begins at 3 pm on the first day of the booked period. 


Check-out time: Room occupancy ends at 12 pm on the day the booked period ends. The establishment will understand that the customer wishes to extend their stay by a day in the event that they do not leave the room by the time stated above.  


Cancellations:  If you wish to cancel a booking made on this website, you may do so under the section "My Booking" on the Home page. Offers: It will not be possible to use any special offers published on this website together with other offers or discounts.

Please note that we are unable to apply the card discount afterwards to confirmed bookings if this procedure is not followed.
